Cancellation policy

 

You have the right to withdraw from contract within 14 days without having to justify it.

The period of revocation starts the day you or a nominated third-party who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods or the day you or a nominated third-party who is not the carrier takes possession of the partial shipment. To claim your cancellation policy you have to contact us

with a clear declaration ( for example a letter or an e-mail) to inform us about your decision to withdraw from contract. You can use the withdrawal form on the botom of this page but it's not required.

It is important to send us your declaration or withdrawal form within the 14 days of our revocation period.

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you withadraw from contract we will refund all payments which we had received from you within 14 days as of the day we receive your declaration about your decision.

For the refund of payment we will use the same payment method which you used as original payment unless otherwise agreed. But in no event we will charge a fee for repayment.

We reserve the right to refuse the transaction until we get back all of the products you ordered or until we receive proof that you already sent back the goods. It depends on which date is earlier.

You have to send back the goods immediatly and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us about the rescission. Please send them to the following adress (Bergsteiger Handmade GmbH, Beethovenstraße 15, 8010 Graz).

 

Exceptions concerning the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not valid for the following orders of

  • goods which are personalized or customized
  • goods which were delivered sealed and are not suited for return without the sealing in order to health protection and because of hygienic reasons.
